What you'll build
We leverage SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to transform raw data into actionable insights through deep-dive as-is investigations. You will support the technical setup of process mining by building the Signavio process data pipeline (back-end) and interactive dashboards (front-end). You will participate in workshops with business and system owners to identify the exact data fields needed across end-to-end processes for mining purposes. We are a cross-functional team that embodies customer focus, collaboration, and trust, seeking someone passionate about process optimization, data-driven, holistic solutions, and running their own end-to-end investigations.
Key fields and expected activities:
* Participate in process and data workshops to turn the business requirements into technical requirements.
* Extract and validate the data for mining purposes. Build the process-specific event logs and data models in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence (back-end activities)
* Create and validate KPIs, metrics, and dashboard in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence (front-end activities)
* Provide data-driven business insights to support Value Management strategy of a value-driven process optimization.
What you bring
* Experience with process modeling tools (ideally Signavio or similar).
* Knowledge of SQL is a must. Phyton and/or Signavio Signal Scripting is a plus.
* Solid understanding of database and data object structures.
* Knowledge of business process management is a must. Understanding of SAP standard processes is a plus.
* Ability to engage stakeholders like product owners and architects.
* Strong collaboration and internal relationship-building skills.
* Good organizational, time management, and communication skills.
* Passion for customers and their overall success.
* Background in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields.
* Proficient communication and presentation skills in English is a must.
