Profile & Thermoplaste
Optimizarea si controlul proceselor de fabricatie in industria aerospatiala.

Obiective generale ale internship-ului:

-Intelegerea proceselor de productie
-Familiarizarea cu cerintele de calitate, trasabilitate si siguranta in prelucrarea pieselor pentru avioane.
-Dezvoltarea abilitatilor de analiza a fluxurilor tehnologice si propunerea de imbunatatiri.
-Intelegerea interactiunii dintre departamente: productie /calitate/mentenanta/logistica

Activitati zilnice specifice:

-Scurt training introductiv despre siguranta si calitate
-Invatarea notiunilor de baza despre materialele si procesele utilizate (frezare/presare/gaurire/control nedistructiv etc)
-Participarea la operatiunile de prelucrare CNC
-Introducerea in metode de verificare: calibrare,masuratori 3D, control vizual
-Intelegerea importantei trasabilitatii in industria aerospatiala
