Analog/Hardware Design Intern

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

* Contribute to the development of specific hardware modules for digital boards and instrumentation systems.
* Analog, digital and mixed-signal schematic design, implementation in specific CAD tools (Altium, Mentor Expedition), PCB layout design
* Perform research as required to complete your projects.
* Work and interact with a wide variety of geographically distributed R&D staff.
* Diagnose and debug technical challenges with your project.
* Test your design using hardware prototypes.
* Interact with software developers to test your project

For This Role, You Will Need:

* Passion for learning and working with test and measurement industry technologies
* Strong work ethics and motivation to succeed
* English Language Competency/effective communication skills:
* Can clearly and concisely communicate in English so that persons you work with can understand you clearly, particularly in technical conversations.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

* Ongoing studies in electronics engineering
* Strong understanding of fundamental electronic circuits - semiconductor devices, operational amplifiers, comparators, etc.
* Signal integrity basics
* Specific CAD tools used in the design phase - LTSpice, PSpice, Tina-TI
