Summer Practice - Support on Core voice Nokia's equipment

Join us as a Summer Trainee and gain hands-on experience with 4G Network IMS Nokia products, working alongside senior support engineers on live networks. You'll assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to address real-world network challenges.
Additionally, you'll contribute by providing regular task updates, identifying and overcoming blockers, and ensuring smooth project progress. This role will deepen your understanding of telecommunication networks while offering valuable experience in network operations, maintenance, and real-time problem-solving.
Duration: 4h/day hybrid
Period: July, 15th to September, 30th
Submission deadline: May, 6th

* Gain insight into live networks, specifically on 4G Network IMS Nokia products, through mentoring sessions with senior support engineers
* Learn to assist with troubleshooting and providing technical support in real-world networking environments
* Develop skills in providing task updates and identifying blockers to ensure smooth progress on assignments
* Build knowledge in Telecommunication networks and gain practical experience in network operations and maintenance

Profil requis du candidat:

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor program
* Applicants may apply to a maximum of 2 projects
* Access to an environment suitable for remote work to perform related activities
* Ability to physically join teams at Nokia's offices during scheduled times
* Basic knowledge of Telecommunication networks and their structure
* Understanding of Telecommunication protocols and basic call flows
* Familiarity with Unix and its basic operations
