HR Trainee

Are you ready to tackle the unique and strategic challenges of the 21st century through effective internal and external communication in a dynamic, growth-focused business environment?

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Trainee to join our team in the Bucharest Office, on a part-time position of 6 hours/day, limited period of 3-6 months.

As a HR Trainee, you will be responsible for the following-

* Support the team in recruitment & training processes
* Be creative with monthly HR newsletter
* Coordinate the on-boarding process
* Update and create ad-hoc HR analysis, as requested by business

To be successful in the role, you should be-

* Students are welcome to apply
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient grammar skills in English and Romanian.
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Organizational skills
