We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to support the EU TikTok Shop LIVE central team on LIVE infrastructure support, seller governance operations, and traffic/data diagnostics. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys combining ops rigor + analytical thinking, and who's comfortable working cross-functionally with policy, moderation/quality, product, and algorithm teams. Key Responsibilities - Governance violation case operations & quality improvement - Collect, standardize, and summarize LIVE violation cases (e.g., suspensions, restrictions, misjudgements) into reusable case libraries. - Identify recurring patterns and high-risk scenarios; draft clear insights and recommendations to improve review quality and consistency. - Support escalations and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders; track progress and ensure closure with strong documentation. - Merchant experience improvement - Support building playbooks/FAQs/guidance for common governance scenarios to reduce merchant confusion and repeated issues. - Help monitor merchant feedback and pain points; translate them into structured problem statements and actionable next steps. - Traffic & performance diagnostics (data analysis + case studies) - Conduct basic-to-intermediate analysis on LIVE traffic and performance signals - Build case studies to investigate traffic anomalies and support root-cause analysis (policy/governance, product, or algo-related). - Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with internal teams to align on problem definition, evidence packages, and solution tracking. - Communicate findings clearly in written updates and meeting notes
