Description What You'll Do
Join a fun and flexible workplace where you'll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation. As a Customer Success Services (CSS) Delivery Intern you will:
Business & Data Insights
* Produce and analyse CSS business insights, including revenue forecasts, resource-utilisation reports, customer project dashboards, and internal reviews for the UKI CSS leadership team.
* Partner with account managers and technical teams to ensure compliance expectations are understood and met across our on-premise and cloud service portfolios.
Customer & Technical Engagement
* Participate in high-profile customer meetings and collaborate on the delivery of technical services, gaining exposure to real-world customer engagement and service operations.
* Plan and support internal workshops and customer events, developing strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
Collaboration & Operations
* Work closely with CSS Sales, TAMs, Project Managers, and engineering teams, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and independently driving smaller projects.
* Draft documentation, contribute innovative ideas, and support continuous improvement in how the CSS organisation operates day-to-day.
* Support recruitment activities, including coordination with external agencies and involvement in the hiring process.
Professional Development
* Engage in volunteering, training programmes, wellbeing initiatives, and other development opportunities while shadowing CSS professionals to build transferable technical, analytical, and workplace skills.
