Job Description
►Support colleagues during the maintenance of services/products/solutions based on clear directions coming from management and global teams
►Support for first and second level users in the given domain
►Support during the communication of more complex third-level support problems in a given domain
►Analysis of the system with the aim of improving and eliminating user problems
►Escalation of problems to higher instances in the given domain
►Communication with different organizations and teams with the aim of finding problems and coordinating them until they are solved

►Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
►High level of organization
►Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
►Excellent time management skills
►Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
