The merger of Aviva Singapore and Singlife was announced in September 2020 and created one of the largest homegrown financial services companies in Singapore in a deal valued at S$3.2 billion. It was the largest insurance deal in Singapore at the time. Singlife was subsequently acquired by Sumitomo Life in March 2024, one of Japan's leading life insurers, which valued Singlife at S$4.6 billion, making the transaction one of the largest insurance deals in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

* Track and document all incidents reported to the Testing COE
* Assist in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents to identify underlying issues along with respective project QA team.
* Maintain and update an incident tracker with details
* Coordinate with development and testing teams to gather necessary information for RCA and steps to improve.
* Provide regular reports and updates to the COE team on incident trends and RCA findings.
* Support continuous improvement by suggesting preventive measures based on RCA insights.

Requirements

Someone who:

* Is an effective and enthusiastic communicator and collaborator, able to work along with different teams with minimal guidance.
* Desires working in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
* Has good verbal & written communication skill.
* Is proficient in MS Office (i.e PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)
