Job Description

Get to Know the Team
The Product Design organization at Grab is a team of accomplished designers and UX writers dedicated to creating world-class experiences for Grab's consumers and partners. Their work involves UX/UI design, prototyping, stakeholder management, design thinking, and usability testing.
The team leverages cutting-edge tools like Figma and FigJam and applies service design and user research to translate findings into impactful product features.
Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
You will have daily exposure to real-world design challenges, chance of addressing key consumer pain points, and ability to use cutting-edge AI tools, would contribute to industry readiness and greater employability of design trainees.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
* You will help with daily design tasks, providing hands-on support to Grab designers in creating product flows, prototypes and UI/UX.
* You will collaborate with partners across Product, Analytics, Business, Tech to enhance experience across platforms for consumers, merchants, and driver-partners.
* You will contribute to product design workshops, brainstorming and ideation sessions.
* You will discuss deliverables with fellow designers over design camps to drive quality and ensure delightful user experience.
* You will conduct different types of product design experiments and usability testing

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need
* You have the understanding of product design and design systems.
* You enjoy creating prototypes and conduct different types of user tests.
* You have hands-on UX/UI design experience.
* You are proficient with design tools like Figma/Figjam.
* You are experienced in service design, user research, and translating findings into product features
