Finance Intern [17 November 2025 - 16 May 2026]

We are currently looking for a Finance Intern to assist the Finance Team in Singapore to manage various Finance functions across Singapore and Malaysia. Interested candidate must be able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.

Through this Internship, you will be exposed to various finance functions which includes but not limited to below:

* Invoice/Claims Processing - Assist in the verification and data entry of supplier invoices and employee claims. Ensure invoices are accurately matched in accordance to payment policy.
* Payment Preparation - Support the preparation of payment runs. Ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers.
* Reconciliation & Documentation - Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts payable ledger and supplier statements. Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and payment records.
* Vendor Communication - Liaise with vendors/stakeholders to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies. Update and maintain vendor information in the system.
* Support Month End Closing - Assist in accrual entries and other tasks related to the month-end closing process.
* System and Data Management - Update and maintain records in the accounting system. Help digitalise and organise finance documents where needed.
* Adhoc Duties - Provide general support to the finance team on administrative and audit related task.

Requirements:

* Education Level: Undergraduates/Diploma students from Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related fields
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Willingness to learn and explore new ventures
* Proficient in verbal and written communication
* Adept at active listening and conveying information
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
