Job Responsibilities

* Assist in maintaining and updating the Technology Governance framework, including policies and processes.

* Support the implementation of process improvements and automation solutions to enhance IT operations and efficiency.

* Assist in managing user access for various systems and applications to ensure compliance with access controls.

* Help standardize and roll out compliance checks across APAC branches, ensuring consistent governance practices.

* Contribute to strengthening IT governance and reporting mechanisms through accurate data collection and analysis.

* Review IT-related documentation to ensure alignment with governance standards and identify potential gaps.

* Identify opportunities for improving IT operations, providing insights and recommendations to boost productivity, control effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related discipline.

* Basic understanding of IT Governance and Control principles and best practices.

* Exposure to the Financial Services sector through academic coursework or previous internships is preferred.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess IT processes and controls critically.

* Proactive in identifying risks or gaps and proposing practical solutions to enhance IT Governance and Control frameworks.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work deliverables.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

* Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new technologies and concepts
