Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Assist supervisor in day-to-day manpower planning and output execution.
* Conduct time study and provide analytical recommendations for process improvement.
* Develop Standard Work for deliverables for each shift work.
* Enhance workflow and streamlining of process in operation department.
* Involved in cross-functional alongside EHS & QA departments in continuous improvement projects.
* Support the department in day-to-day task or as required.

Requirement:
* Diploma /Nitec Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical or related engineering fields.
* Proficient in MS Office
* Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus.
* Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.

Learning Outcome:
* Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry/Component Repair.
* Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE - Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).  
* Exposure to Engineering and new product/tools development projects.
