Responsibilities
* Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity.
* Analyzes causes of service implementation policy faults or degradation and recommends improvement plans.
* Implements service implementation policy plan improvements as directed for Data Center business unit(s).
* Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed vendor hardware devices.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate information within various inventory management systems.
* Ensure detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
* Help reconcile and report inventory discrepancies.
* Perform destruction of data-bearing devices following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Microsoft policies.
* Comply with security and data management policies

Profil requis du candidat:

Required Qualifications:
* High School Diploma, or equivalent.
* Basic knowledge of Asset/Inventory/Logistics/Supply Chain.
* Currently studying towards a qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
* You need to be a Singaporean National or residency with eligibility to work in Singapore.
* You must be 18+ years of age.
Background Check Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
* Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Applicable certifications (Logistics or Supply Chain or Asset Management).
* Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights with or without equipment assistance.
* Able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
* Proficient in written and oral English communication to support regional and global teams.
* Desire to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills.
* Flexibility to work non-standard business hours that may include weekends and/or holidays.
