About the Team The TikTok LIVE team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries and create a strong user experience journey. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Roles & Responsibilities： - Responsible for executing strategies related to international live user service, drafting SOPs, and conducting requirement analysis. - Continuously engage with users and clients to uncover issues and gather feedback, complete requirements collection and interfacing, and enhance user service satisfaction. - Regularly monitor various project-related data metrics and follow up on project progress to ensure smooth execution. - Participate in the implementation of operational strategies and optimize execution plans based on user feedback. - Engage in cross-department communication and coordination to improve interdepartmental collaboration efficiency

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above with fluent English communication and writing skills sufficient for work. - Strong research, analytical, and documentation writing abilities. - Excellent logical thinking, adept at analyzing and solving problems, and passionate about challenges. - Good communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, and a proactive mindset.
