Preferred School/Course of Intern: Postgraduate students in Marketing, Business or related disciplines

Job Purpose:
We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an Intern in the Shopper Science Lab & Customer Management team. The team focuses on driving business growth and strategic customer engagement. We unlock shopper insights to drive categories growth and Haleon's growth, using technology, insights and analytics.

The Intern will work closely with the APAC Commercial Excellence team. Her/His/They area of work will cover driving shopper insights and customer collaboration & growth opportunity for Haleon.
The Intern will work with the different APAC market teams and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be required to:

Support Deep Shopper Understanding:
* Supporting the team in analyzing shopper insights using the latest shopper research & technology, including eye-tracking technology and AI predictive assessment
* Assisting in shopper research, from developing the right testing methodology, executing the research to analyzing the insights and share the report.
* Supporting the team in developing the right shelf solutions based on the shopper understanding

Support Customer Collaboration:
* Working with the International Customer team to support and drive customer projects for AS Watson and other key customers.
* Organizing customer meetings: from logistic to content delivery, ensure we have a seamless collaborative meeting with the retailer
* Working with the different functions (Key Account, Trade Marketing) to develop the right content, driving the usage of the right technologies (VR, eye-tracking, etc.),
* Ensuring all the logistic of the meeting

* Build an experience in Shopper Marketing and Category Management, with strong knowledge & understanding of insights, marketing and key account roles.
* Understand shopper insights, needs and behavior.
* Understand customer/channel, shopper and category strategies.

* Exposure to Regional and Global teams.
* Build Organizational skills.
* Exposure to state of art technologies

* Educational background - studying Marketing, Business Administration
* Proficient in IT and software/systems
* Technology savvy, with understanding/interest of VR, AR, AI, eye-tracking

* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Awareness and ability to work within culturally diverse teams
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, and problem-solve
* Strong drive for performance, attention to details, and well-organised
* A keen interest in consumer healthcare science, and a passion for shopper behavior and its impact on the business (category, brand, customer)
