Our mission is to create a safe, engaging, and high-quality livestreaming ecosystem that fosters creativity and community building. The LIVE Ecosystem Governance team plays a crucial role in ensuring platform integrity by designing product strategies, moderation mechanisms, and governance solutions to support sustainable growth. As a Product Manager (New Grad), you will help develop governance tools, optimize ecosystem strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance livestreaming experiences. We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Issue Discovery team within the TikTok Ecosystem operations. This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in analyzing feedback, identifying potential issues, and supporting efforts to improve the overall ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in analyzing feedback and data to identify potential issues within the ecosystem - Support the team in implementing solutions to reduce the impact of identified issues - Collaborate with team members and contribute to ongoing operational tasks

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree (graduating in 2025), preferably in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. 2. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. 3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate across teams and manage diverse stakeholder needs. 4. Passion for livestreaming, content/community governance, and trust & safety in digital platforms. 5. A self-motivated and detail-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership in driving projects forward. Preferred Qualifications 1. Internship or project experience in product management, content governance, or trust & safety field. 2. Familiarity with livestreaming platforms ( or content platform) and TikTok LIVE's creator community. 3. Basic data analysis skills (SQL) to support decision-making. 4. Bilingual or multilingual language skills to enhance communication skills with a global team. 5. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and tackle real-time governance challenges.
