About the team The data team is responsible for the construction of domestic and overseas infrastructure platforms for ByteDance's products, and provides big data solutions, recommendation algorithms, system architecture, model algorithms, risk control research and development, open platform and other technologies for multiple businesses. As a Tech Recruitment Sourcing Intern, you will connect with the business to learn how ByteDance and its affiliates grow into one of the most popular applications in the world. You may also collaborate with regional and global human resources professionals to implement various projects to reach the recruiting goals. You will have the unique opportunity to partner with multiple stakeholders to support our continued rapid growth. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, and excited to tackle recruitment challenges, initiate ideas and approaches to resolve the issues, and is action-oriented. As a team, we continue to partner closely with our business to ensure we are able to value add and make impact to the company and our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents. - Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth. - Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams. - Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects
Profil requis du candidat:
Minimum Qualifications: - Undergraduate or master students who are interested in the e-commerce industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and mandarin speaking, required to work closely with business partners in China. - Outstanding academic achievements - Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever. - Able to commit to a full-time 6 months internship at least. Open to part-time arrangement with at least 3 working days in a week if required.
