Xylem is now looking for two HR Interns to join our team in Stockholm.

This internship offers you the opportunity to build valuable HR experience. You will be supporting the organization by structuring of our employee archive, alongside various range of HR activities.

We are looking for students who are eager to start building their careers alongside their studies. As an HR intern at Xylem, you will gain insight into HR work in an international company with operations in over 150 countries.

Xylem is a leading global water technology company dedicated to solving the world's most challenging water issues. At our headquarters in Sundbyberg, you will join a professional and people-oriented HR team and work closely with experienced colleagues.

This is a full-time position, based at our Stockholm office, during the period August-October. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Your role

You will be part of the HR team, consisting of an HR Manager, two HR Business Partners, and a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We work at a fast pace, with close collaboration and daily communication.

Your main responsibility will be to:
* Organize and structure the employee archive in a systematic manner

You will also have the opportunity to support and participate in various HR-related activities and HR administration.

Who we are looking for

* You are at least 18 years old
* You are able to work 4-8 weeks during Aug-Oct
* You are structured, detail-oriented, and feel comfortable in handling confidential information
* You have an interest in HR, people, and organizations
