Role level: Internship
We're building the next step in process analytical technology (PAT): a fully automated at-line UPLC workflow for use in a GxP environment. This includes the integration of Fialab instrumentation for automated, precise sample preparation and MAST for smart, hands-off autosampling ensuring seamless operation from process line to data analysis. You'll also be working with the Waters PATROL UPLC Process system for real-time at-line monitoring.
Your role:
* You will work with experts to assess process and GxP requirements
* Define what an ideal at-line workflow should look like, leveraging MAST for sampling and Fialab for sample prep.
* Develop, test, and refine automated sample preparation steps compatible with at-line UPLC
* Optimize protocols for traceability, regulatory compliance, and real-time analytics.
* Collaborate with analytical, automation and digital teams to bring together hardware and software for a seamless workflow from sample to data
* Document protocols and results according to quality and EHS standards.
Your profil:
* Master/Engineer student in biology, molecular or cellular biology, biotechnology or related subject
* Currently studying
* Good to have experience in sterile culture handling
* Basic/Beginner Programming Level: R or Python
* Language: French and/or English
* Excellent communication
