Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within the Agile Delivery Organization Stream Be a Client in Switzerland.

You'll get to

* support senior project/product managers in their daily work
* collaborate with the product team incl. senior stakeholders in various stages of product development, from ideation to launch
* compare our products and new ideas against competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement to enable and push our strategic orientation
* develop analysis on product performance, user behavior, and market trends to support decision-making
* perform Product Testing Participate in testing new features and products, identify bugs, and work with the development teams to resolve issues
* create a broad and deep internal and external network of partners and Subject Matter Experts

Your team

You'll be working in the "Be a Client" Stream within the Agile Delivery Organization of UBS. Our vision is to make client interactions as convenient as possible from the very first touchpoint through the entire client lifecycle - seamless, fast and scalable!

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* has excellent English skills, German is a plus
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* has a strong interest in digitization and innovation

Start date 1st of April 2026 or by agreement

Length 6 months
