We are offering an internship in the Campus Switzerland Office within the Innovative Medicine Principle Operations (IMPO) organization.
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and creative intern for a 4-month placement to support the Marketing and Communications team and the Change and Communications team. This role offers valuable hands-on experience across marketing, communication and change management and provides exposure to a broad range of tasks and topics, offering the opportunity to develop professional skills and gain practical experience for future career development.
Key Responsibilities
* Support internal communications, such as drafting newsletters and deploying employee communications across different platforms.
* Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation and social media engagement.
* Help organise and coordinate company events, from logistics and attendee management to post-event follow-up.
* Support strategic change and communications initiatives.
* Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and contribute to ongoing projects.

Required Skills
* Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication or similar
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent in English
* Interest in marketing, communications, and event planning.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
