ASML's worldwide Legal Department includes 90+ attorneys, paralegals, and contract professionals. We are a close knit group of highly empowered, business-oriented legal professionals with broad responsibilities, who enjoy working together.

【Job Description】
Working as a Legal Intern at ASML, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself in handling the following matters:
* Conduct legal research on various corporate & compliance topics
* Assist in reviewing and drafting different kinds of commercial contracts
* Analyze facts and issues of business cases
* Assist in responding to legal requests from other departments and providing creative & feasible solutions
* Help prepare presentations and conduct daily corporate processes
* Assist legal counsels in other general matters

【Requirements】
* Oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
* Competency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Proactive and positive attitude, eager to learn and take challenges, and enjoy working as a team
