About the Internship
We are offering an exciting Hotel General Internship Program, open to students, fresh graduates, and individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. Interns will rotate across various hotel departments and gain real-world exposure to daily hotel operations in a professional and dynamic environment.
This internship is ideal for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in hotels or tourism.Departments You May Work In
Depending on hotel needs and intern interests, placements may include:
* Front Office / Guest Services
* Food & Beverage (Service / Bar / Events)
* Housekeeping
* Sales & Marketing
* Operations & Administration
* Guest Experience & ActivitiesKey Responsibilities
* Assist department teams with daily operational tasks
* Support guest services and ensure a positive guest experience
* Learn and follow hotel service standards and procedures
* Work collaboratively with team members across departments
* Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all timesRequirements
* Open to students, recent graduates, or career switchers
* Interest in hospitality, tourism, or customer service
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* No prior hotel experience required (training provided)What We Offer
