Internship - Unit Process Engineer

The student, as part of the MSP (Mark Scan Pack) area to support process introduction and production readiness to enabling MSP in site such as WI, process flow, FMEA creation.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Assisting with regular equipment and machinery inspections to assess their condition.
* Participating in general maintenance and basic repair tasks, such as part replacement and minor repairs
* Support process introduction and production readiness to enabling Final Test (Mark Scan Pack)
* Contribute to the review and updating of all final test (Mark Scan Pack) documents in the production environment, ensuring that they remain accurate, comprehensive, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Currently studying Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Material Science / Data Science or related disciplines
* Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor technology and electronic components, with a solid understanding of their applications and principles.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, Capability Analysis
* AutoCAD software (optional)
* Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (required)
* English communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills
