Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and participating in the local Trainee Program.

The work model for the role is: onsite, #LI-onsite

This role is contributing to the robotic business in Thailand.
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
* Participating in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles.
* Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
* Contributing to diverse social events and team activities and using the chance to establish a broad network within ABB.

Qualifications for the role
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical) or a related field.

Strong interest in robotics, automation technologies, and industrial applications.
*
Basic understanding of engineering principles, with willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
*
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively in a team
