Job Summary

We are looking for a Long-Term Production Intern to support the Production Department in continuous improvement initiatives, project execution, and performance visibility tracking in İzmir. The role offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Applicants' universities must cover internship insurance for the full internship duration

What you will do

* Support and actively participate in projects related to production processes.
* Take an active and intensive role in shop-floor and field activities, closely supporting daily operational tasks.
* Assist team members with visibility tracking, data collection, and basic reporting related to production performance and process improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance) during on-site activities when required.
* Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager on a need basis, in line with learning objectives and safety rules.

We believe you have

* In 3rd Year or 4th Year of bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering departments
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively within a team, particularly in shop-floor and field environments
* Good knowledge of English and Turkish
