SC Planning Assistant

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As part of the Career Kitchen Program, we are looking for 3rd & 4th year Engineering students or recent graduates to join our Planning Department for a 6-month program.
Key Responsibilities
* Support all steps of planning processes,
* Assist in tracking basic data via SAP and learn to interpret reports,
* Help prepare production and stock performance reports,
* Support monitoring SKUs/materials,
* Learn to coordinate with Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Production teams,
* Collect feedback and maintain accurate records,
* Support tracking of planning KPIs, including stock accuracy, service levels.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Qualifications
* Currently in 3rd or 4th year of Engineering, or a recent graduate (Industrial Engineering is preferred),
* Available to work at least 4 days per week,
* Good command of English,
* Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
* Power BI knowledge is a plus,
* Eager to learn, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills,
* Residing on the European side of Istanbul.
