Responsibilities
* Support the coordination of daily operational activities of field service engineers
* Regularly manage calibration equipment and tool tracking processes
* Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to field engineers
* Follow up occupational health and safety documentation processes
* Support operational reporting and documentation activities
* Take part in planning and organizational processes within the Service Operations Center

Qualifications
* Biomedical or Electrical engineer degree
* Good command of English
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
* Strong communication and coordination abilities
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined working approach
* Available for a long-term internship
