Long-Term / Short-Term Intern - Automotive Project Management & Design

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic long-term or short-term interns to support our Project Management and Design teams in Bursa. This opportunity is ideal for students who are eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a career in the automotive industry. In this role, you will contribute to vehicle and component development projects, support project management activities, and assist in engineering design tasks. Our hybrid working model offers flexibility, allowing team members to work both remotely and on-site depending on project requirements. Qualifications Senior-year (4th year) student in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electrical & Electronics Engineering Automotive Engineering Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering field Strong interest in pursuing a career in the automotive industry Desire to develop skills in project management, product development, and/or engineering design (CAD) Good command of English, both written and spoken Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with at least one CAD software package (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX, SolidWorks) is preferred Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Availability to work at least 3-5 days per week (flexible according to academic schedule) Residing in Bursa or willing to relocate Key Responsibilities Support project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting automotive development projects Assist the design team in component and system design activities Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, presentations, and reports Support the collection, analysis, and documentation of customer requirements Assist in coordinating testing, validation, and prototype development activities Participate actively in process improvement and efficiency enhancement projects Internship Duration & Conditions Long-Term Internship Minimum 6 months (9-12 months preferred) Short-Term Internship Minimum 2-3 months Additional Information Suitable for both mandatory university internships and voluntary internships Hybrid working model available; office attendance will be planned according to project and team requirements Opportunity to gain practical experience in automotive engineering, design, and project management within a dynamic and collaborative environment Ready to accelerate your career in the automotive industry?
