Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern at Sanofi, you will:

* Support the brand team in the preparation and implementation of major programs and events, including congresses and meetings - managing all necessary procedures and logistical details from start to finish.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination, monitoring, and successful execution of major programs and day-to-day operational duties.
* Engage with third-party vendors, including creative agencies, playing an active role in communication and project follow-up.
* Develop and manage promotional materials, uploading them into the Veeva Vault system in a timely manner and ensuring all required approvals are obtained in line with global and local procedures.
* Support cross-functional team meetings and brand-related agenda items; coordinate the delivery of meeting minutes and follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.
* Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports to support data-driven decision-making within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

* Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year university student in one of the following departments:
* Industrial Engineering
* Chemical Engineering
* Business Administration
* Pharmacy
* Good command of English - both written and spoken
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
