Job Title:
Intern - Market Research & CRM Support (Lab Water Team)
Location:
Istanbul, Turkey (Remote possible upon alignment)
Your Role:
As a Student Intern with our Lab Water team, you will support market research, CRM projects, and customer interactions (primarily via phone) to help drive our team's growth and customer engagement. You'll have the opportunity to learn about B2B and B2C sales in a dynamic, international environment and work closely with experienced managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and support CRM-related projects
* Interact with customers (mainly by phone) to gather insights and support sales activities
* Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis in our CRM system
* Collaborate with the team on ongoing projects and initiatives
* Learn and contribute to the daily operations of the Lab Water business
Who You Are:
* Current student or recent graduate from a technical university (Engineering, Science, or related fields preferred)
* Experience (even part-time) in B2C or B2B sales (e.g., retail, food service, fast fashion, etc.) is a plus
* Good spoken and written English (must be able to communicate with the team lead)
* Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions
* Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
* Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Working Hours:
* Flexible; 10-20 hours per week
* Schedule to be mutually agreed upon; remote work possible
Contract & Duration:
* Limited-term contract (intended for at least 6-12 months with possible extension depending on performance and business needs)
* Preference for candidates available for a longer commitment
