About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Sales Excellence Intern to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Sales Excellence Intern will support the Sales Excellence team in routine reporting, data cleaning, and sales & trade marketing operations. This role aims to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and operational discipline across commercial processes. The position offers hands-on exposure to sales analytics, commercial performance management, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of regular sales reports (sell-in, sell-out, KPI tracking, performance dashboards).
* Support data consolidation from multiple sources, including distributor files and internal systems
* Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
* Maintain and update recurring Excel-based reporting templates under the guidance of the Sales Analyst.
* Support ad-hoc analytical requests as needed.
* Support tracking of trade marketing and sales operations activities (allocations, basic spend tracking, customer performance).
* Assist in operational coordination related to trade materials, sampling, and supply requests.
* Maintain basic trackers for trade marketing execution.
* Support trade marketing field executions in Istanbul.
* Assist in preparing presentation materials (charts, tables, summaries) for internal meetings.
* Provide general administrative and analytical support to the team when required.
Qualifications
* 4th-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration,Economics or related fields.
* Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
* High attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Comfortable working with large datasets.
* Strong analytical mindset with structured thinking.
* High sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
* Good communication skills both English and Turkish and willingness to ask clarifying questions.
* Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and follow up on long-term initiatives
