Build the Future of Intelligent Workflows
Join Bosch Vietnam's Global Product & Service team to help build next-generation workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built on modern Low-Code / No-Code technologies and evolving with AI and GenAI capabilities, our platform powers critical enterprise business processes at global scale.
We are looking for proactive and high-potential interns passionate about Product Development, Business Analysis, and innovation. This is not a passive internship - you will gain hands-on experience in real product environments and collaborate with global teams.
What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)
* Support requirement gathering, analysis, and product documentation
* Translate business needs into user stories and backlog items
* Support workflow analysis, UAT, and Agile delivery activities
* Explore user behaviors and product usage data to identify improvement opportunities
* Participate in product discovery, design thinking, and innovation workshops
* Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and global stakeholders
* Contribute ideas for workflow automation and AI-driven capabilities

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications

Must-Have
* Final-year or senior student in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or related fields
* Available for a 6-month full-time internship (Monday to Friday) or at least 4 working days per week.
* Able to provide a university recommendation or introduction letter for the internship
* Good English communication skills
* Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and requirement analysis
* Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and learning mindset
* Proactive, responsible, and teamwork-oriented
Nice to Have
* Exposure to Agile / Scrum
* Interest in Product Management, Business Analysis, AI, or workflow automation
* Experience in IT/product-related university projects or activities
