Intern at Industrial Projects Department (6-month - Ho Chi Minh City)

Description du poste:

1/ Main Responsibilities:

* To be trained for delivery of overall logistics service to customer
* Liaise with customers on an ad-hoc basis when solving serious operational problems or dealing with complaints
* Provide support to other projects within the office when called upon
* Within the limits of the role be accountable for project delivery to time and budget as well as expected results for customer satisfaction
* Assure the project execution is following policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved
* Ensure project shipment processing is executed in line with quality & safety procedures
* Ensure all financial and administrative activities comply with DHL standards, at all times
* Work under all SOP's relating to the project

2/ Requirements:

* COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable.

* Required business knowledge with an education background in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Freight Forwarding/ International Business.
* Logical thinking and analytical skills.
* Good attitude and teamwork
* Fluent in English verbal/written communication
