[EDA] Translator & Admin Intern (Chinese)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated intern to support both translation and administrative tasks within our project team. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, collaborating with engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders across regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Engineer to translate technical documents, project requirements, and reports between Chinese and English accurately.
* Support project documentation, meeting notes, and progress tracking.
* Assist in organizing department meetings, workshops, and internal events.
* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document uploads.
* Manage and control team funds for weekly/monthly engagement activities.
* Support managers in preparing presentations, handling complex data, and processing billing topics.
* Perform other coordination and administrative duties as assigned

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications

* 3rd or 4th-year university student majoring in Business Administration, Secretary Studies, Linguistics, or related fields.
* Must provide a recommendation/introduction letter from the university clearly stating the internship start and end dates, and bearing the official red circular stamp.
* Proficient in English; ability to read and write in Chinese (HSK2+) is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail, especially in handling technical terminology and documentation.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Hardworking, proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
