Description du poste:
1/ Main Tasks:
Support the customer-facing organization (Key Account/ Field Sales/ TeleSales and Trade Lane Teams) by:
* Prepare promotional presentations, business reviews
* Prepare quotations and contracts (including rate proposals and proposal writing)
* Support the customer planning and implementation process
* Provide customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales Leads
* Support the customer contact by preparing customer documents
* Prepare Sales reports e.g. Sales Index reports, including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc. by customers
* Analyze Sales Index
2/ Requirements:
* COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable
* Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment
* Good administrative skills, results-driven driven and detail-oriented
* Can-do attitude, hard-working and enthusiastic
* Experience with MS Office e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred
* Background with Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or Marketing
* Good at English skills (both speaking & writing)
