Are you currently studying Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic automotive business environment? We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn intern to support our Fleet & Used Car Sales team in daily operations, reporting, and sales activities. Join us to develop practical skills in sales coordination and business operations!Key Responsibilities
* Support Fleet & Used Car Sales (F&U) and Fleet Sales (FF) activities, including data analysis and reporting
* Assist in preparing monthly reports and updating presentations
* Support reimbursement document checking and verification
* Verify and manage customer data accurately
* Follow up on NC & UC vehicle sales and support contract completion
* Collect vehicle information from PDI & Customer Service (checklists, photos, uploading to COMSYS/CMS for bidding)
* Support the organization of events and dealer meetings
* Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifikationen

Who We Are Looking For
* Undergraduate student majoring in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* Must be a Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
* Remains a student throughout the 6-month internship period, concluding the end of November 2026.
* Eager to learn with a proactive attitude
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible
* Able to work with data and handle multiple tasks
