About the role

Be part of a dynamic global brand and make an impact by strengthening Lacoste position as the most desirable premium casual wear brand in APAC by:
1. Providing fair and accurate financial information / analysis of the company, as well as market information to the management
2. Preparing timely reporting for the management
3. Monitoring performance KPIs & expenses, challenge departments and ensure company targets are achieved

Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Weekly & Monthly Reporting
* Respect group and local deadlines at all times
* Ensure financial data are reliable (Hyperion/BusinessObjects/SAP)
* Respect group rules and guidelines
* Prepare clear, accurate management reports & presentations

2. Budgets/Forecasts/MTP
* Collect & consolidate data from all departments
* Challenge all departments to ensure acceptability of the aggregate economic model (P&L, Capex, WC)
* Prepare accurate analysis & management presentations
* Consolidate data timely and accurately in reporting tool (Hyperion)

3. Business Plans
* Prepare & analyze investment business plans (CARs) before validation by the management

4. Business Support
* Realize ad hoc analysis as required by the management
* Monitor expenses & KPIs to ensure company targets are achieved
* Ensure assets of the company are properly insured at all times

5. Provide recommendation to the business
* Doing some business analyses, the idea is to provide some recommendations in terms of business model, in terms of growth equation based on the analyses performed

6. Develop reporting, bring additional value in the monitoring of the business
* Develop analyses in partners, retail, realize benchmarks

Profile

Profile:

* University graduated, majored in Business Administration/Accounting
* At least 2 years of related accounting / controlling internships, preferable in multi-national company (retail business)
* Excellent computer skills (MS Office; Hyperion Essbase / HFM; SAP)
* Fluent in English both orally and in writing, French speaking & writing is a plus
* Great Team Player
