Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, filiale du groupe Crédit Agricole, distribue en direct, sur le lieu de vente ou les plateformes e-commerce de ses partenaires, une gamme étendue de solutions de financement - crédit amortissable, crédit renouvelable, leasing et rachat de crédit - avec des services associés dont les assurances, des solutions de paiement fractionné et des services dédiés à la mobilité, avec pour objectif de répondre aux enjeux de transition énergétique dans la mobilité, l'habitat et la consommation. Ses solutions de financement et ses services sont proposés en France via Sofinco, en Italie via Agos, en Allemagne via Creditplus, au Portugal via Credibom, en Espagne via Sofinco España, au Maroc via Wafasalaf, et en Chine via GAC-Sofinco (financement automobile uniquement). Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance ambitionne d'être leader de la mobilité verte en Europe et propose un continuum de toutes les solutions de mobilité dans les 19 pays où il est présent (leasing, location moyenne et courte durée, abonnement, autopartage, installation de bornes de charge…). Il s'appuie sur Leasys, un leader européen de la LLD avec Stellantis, CA Auto Bank et Drivalia, notre entité paneuropéenne de financement automobile, de location et de mobilité et le développement des financements automobiles dans ses entités historiques en Europe et dans les Caisses régionales du Crédit Agricole et chez LCL via Agilauto.
JOB PURPOSE Support the development of our retail Bank in Germany : Crédit Agricole Deutschland, by providing hands-on PMO, cross-functional coordination across the main workstreams. The VIE will help translate governance decisions into execution, maintain a consolidated view of actions, dependencies and operational topics, and facilitate collaboration between business, IT, operations, control functions and external partners. The role will contribute to the post-Go-Live stabilization of the programme, the transition into stable run operations and the coordination of subsequent product and capability waves. RESPONSIBILITIES - Support the CADE PMO in coordinating day-to-day activities across workstreams and ensure effective follow-up of actions, milestones and interdependencies. - Track actions, milestones, deliverables and interdependencies, and ensure structured follow-up with the relevant owners. - Prepare governance meetings and decision-making materials; maintain action and decision logs and follow through on agreed next steps. - Consolidate operational issues, risks, blockers and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation to the appropriate owners when required. - Support the transition from project mode to stable run operations while contributing to the coordination of subsequent product and capability waves. - Act as a transversal interface between business teams, IT, Operations, Risk/Compliance, Marketing/Digital, Group stakeholders and external partners. - Support ad hoc analyses, documentation, meeting minutes and the organization of PMO processes and repositories

Requisiti del candidato:

Master's degree (or equivalent) in business, management, finance, engineering, project management or a related field. - Possible first experience through internships or graduate assignments in project management, PMO, transformation, consulting, banking or digital financial services. - Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel. - Fluent English required. German is a good asset in the Crédit Agricole Deutschland environment. - Highly structured, rigorous and reliable, with strong follow-through. - Proactive and hands-on, comfortable working across multiple topics and stakeholders. - Strong communication and coordination skills; able to synthesize complex information clearly. - Autonomous, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving transformation environment with evolving priorities
