Job Description

As part of the Natixis IT Team, you will provide valuable experience and exposure to kick-start your career.
You will support the team on a range of challenging projects, with intensive coaching and training, with clear areas of responsibility. You will take on challenges as part of a multi-cultural and cross-regional team in an international and fast-growing organization.
You will help your team members with administration, monitoring and automating different processes of the IT department. You will also support month-end closing activities, including generating reports statements and management reports.
Responsibilities:
* Day to day administration of systems.
* System monitoring;
* Participate in projects with development teams;
* Assist team members in their day-to-day activities;
* Reporting of all relevant information/problems according to ITIL;
* Onsite support (helpdesk);
* Support with hardware / equipment / workstations / assets.
* Participate in the integration of the new CIB platform
* Major transverse and convergence projects coming in 2026;
* Maintain up to date procedures and documentation in accordance with group standards;
* Be a key member in the delivery of the outsourcing (legacy WM activities).

This position is for 12 months, renewable for a maximum of 24 months.

You have a Master's degree in IT Engineering.
