* Conocer los procedimientos establecidos por el grupo y por el área de IT/IS del sitio, así como la topología de red local y red externa para poder dar apoyo a:

Usuarios internos en aplicaciones estándar y locales del sitio.
Coordinar la instalación de nuevos nodos de red de datos en oficina y áreas productivas.
Preparación e instalación de equipos de usuario final llámese laptop, PCs, tablets y equipos telefonicos.
Apoyo en virtualización de servidores.
Respaldo básico de bases de datos en MS SQL Server 2022.
Soporte a usuarios locales en aplicaciones y situaciones de red.
Soporte a aplicaciones domésticas como Control de accesos y comedor.
