Natixis Investment Managers International (Natixis IMI) is the main management company for Natixis IM in Europe. It encompasses two activities:

* A platform of centers of expertise (support functions) serving the distribution activities and affiliates.
Natixis IMI continues to develop and strengthen its presence in France and internationally, leveraging the expertise of its teams and the multi-affiliate model of Natixis IM.

Job Description

You will join our team as an HR Management Officer, for a 2-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
Within our Front HR department, comprising 7 people, you will report to a Human Resources Manager responsible for the NATIXIS IM Managers and Natixis IM International scope. You will liaise with the entire Group's HR function, as well as daily with employees and managers.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring HR Activity:
* Tracking and coordinating HR information requests with recruiters, managers, and payroll;
* Updating HR dashboards (regularly and on demand).
* Recruitment, Mobility, and Personnel Management:
* Managing the onboarding process for young hires (apprentices/interns) and animating the community;
* Conducting HR studies and analyses (labor law, etc.).;
* Contributing to any HR projects, updating or creating HR processes;
* Responding to employees for any first-level HR questions and/or directing them appropriately;
* Managing departmental invoices (checking before signature and dispatching);
* Data entry in TGRH.
* Miscellaneous:
* Managing and dispatching HR mail;
* Scanning and filing various HR documents.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at Bac+4 level (equivalent to a Master's degree), you are pursuing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in Human Resources.

You have a strong command of the Office suite, particularly Excel.

You possess strong writing and interpersonal skills.

Organized and meticulous, you have a genuine sense of service and are results-oriented.

Previous experience in administrative management would be a plus.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
