* Ensuring the governance of the KYC process by being the preferred contact point for our service provider and, if necessary, an escalation point to facilitate exchanges with various stakeholders (clients, sales force, affiliates, compliance).
Managing client and intermediary commitments, and specifically managing:
* Administering the scope of commitments (contractual or otherwise, for all types of clients, etc.).
* Monitoring the dissemination of these commitments (periodicity, contributors, etc.).
* Working to improve and develop tools to enhance our knowledge of clients.
* Proposing new services and solutions for clients.
* Contributing to client satisfaction and, more generally, to the client experience.
