* A platform of centers of expertise (support functions) serving the distribution activities and affiliates.
Natixis IMI continues to develop and strengthen its presence in France and internationally, leveraging the expertise of its teams and the multi-affiliate model of Natixis IM.

Job Description

You will join our Compliance team within the AWM division, which is looking for a Compliance Officer for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
Reporting to the Compliance and Internal Control department, the Compliance department's mission, in liaison and coordination with the international distribution platform of Natixis Investment Managers, of which Natixis Investment Managers International is a stakeholder, is to ensure the compliance of all processes, procedures, products, and services with the code of conduct and associated procedures, as well as with the AMF regulations and the Monetary and Financial Code. The department is composed of 12 employees divided into 2 teams: 9 in compliance and 3 in internal control.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:
* Analyzing KYC files;
* Taking charge of internal reporting;
* Performing checks from the control plan;
* Carrying out checks on client-facing documentation;
* Assisting the department in regulatory monitoring;
* Identifying, preventing, detecting, and managing compliance risks related to the activities of Natixis Investment Managers International's asset management divisions;
* Advising and assisting operational staff in the implementation of regulatory provisions;
* Contributing to the compliance and adherence of all processes, procedures, products, and services.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at Bac+5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in Legal matters.

You have academic knowledge related to asset management regulations.

You wish to specialize in risk/control and compliance functions.

You thrive in a stimulating and collaborative environment.

And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
