Job Description

You will join our Equity Asset Management team, which is looking for a Management & Strategy Assistant for a 1-year alternation starting in September 2026.
Integrated within Mirova's equity asset management, the multi-asset, strategy, and financial engineering management team has a dual mission: on the one hand, to manage cross-asset funds according to investment processes with a strong macroeconomic component, and on the other hand, to analyze/anticipate the market through the combination of a top-down fundamental macro and quantitative approach. As such, the team communicates market views internally through macro committees, sector committees, and weekly market monitoring meetings, as well as externally through press articles and strategy notes, and develops decision-support and risk management tools for the management teams.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will be:
* Assisting in writing market strategy notes through analysis of macroeconomic and political/geopolitical news;
* Participating in the preparation of marketing events/client presentations;
* Assisting the team in constructing market views and multi-asset portfolios;
* Assisting the team with specific requests, particularly in the context of calls for tender and the development of new allocation models.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You are a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) student, pursuing a degree (university, business school) with a specialization in Finance.
You have knowledge of VBA and Python.
You have an interest in macroeconomic research and quantitative analysis, which will allow you to integrate into the team and be proactive.
You also demonstrate a strong interest in sustainable development issues and show curiosity and writing skills.
You thrive in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
