Job Description
You will join our team within the Global Markets Operations department, in the Collateral Management OTC Derivatives unit, which is looking for a Market Operations Analyst for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Calculating margin calls, ensuring notifications are sent and received, managing interactions with counterparties, and settling related flows (cash and securities).
* Managing breaks (cash and securities) related to the team's activity.
* Performing portfolio reconciliations with counterparties, which includes analyzing and monitoring discrepancies in collaboration with the settlement, front office, and risk teams.
* Managing events related to processed margin calls (such as daily interest accruals and disputes).
* Anticipating, analyzing, and proposing solutions to manage operational impacts.
* Contributing to the business requirement and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases during the deployment of system enhancements.
* Handling various inquiries from your counterparties.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at BAC+5 level, you are pursuing a university or business school degree with a specialization in Finance. You are responsive, rigorous, and have good interpersonal skills. You have a good knowledge of the Front-Office to Operations processing chain, financial products (derivatives), and their associated events. You also have the ability to work in a team. VBA skills are a plus. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
