Job Description

Join Avient Pakistan's Apprenticeship Program and embark on a journey to become a skilled technician. This 2-year program, based in Karachi, is designed to offer practical experience and technical expertise. As an Apprentice, you'll be an integral part of the R&D team, contributing to project goals and helping maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities

* Learn and apply technical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
* Support the department in achieving targets and maintaining high standards.
* Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical knowledge.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Prepare reports and documentation as required by the department.

Qualifications

* Minimum qualification: F.Sc. or bachelor's degree in science (or equivalent)
* Age limit: Between 18 and 25 years.
* Strong interest in the Technician Trade and a passion for hands-on learning.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
* Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using relevant software.
