Job Description

Join Avient Pakistan's Apprenticeship Program and embark on a journey to become a skilled Process operator. This 1-year program, based in Karachi, is designed to offer practical experience and technical expertise. As an Apprentice, you'll be an integral part of the Manufacturing team, contributing to project goals and helping maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications

* Matriculation or Intermediate (Science/Technical)
* Age limit: Between 18 and 24 years.
* Basic understanding of polymer materials and industrial safety practices
* Willingness to work in a production environment with rotating shifts
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential
