The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

To support Special Projects team, Business Development, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern. This internship will provide hands-on experience in Business Development, event management, and strategic planning, contributing to impactful projects that drive the company's growth.

You will be responsible for:
* assisting in the identification and analysis of new business opportunities;
* conducting market research to support strategic planning and decision-making;
* collaborating with team members on special projects and initiatives;
* preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders;
* supporting the development and execution of business development strategies;
* participating in meetings and contributing innovative ideas;
* maintaining documentation and track project progress;
* providing on-site operational support during event days as required; and
* performing any other duties from time to time as the Authority may reasonably direct.

You should:
* possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
* have strong analytical and research skills;
* have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
* be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* be ability to work independently and in a team environment; and
* be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
